Actualizer is a Seraph Submachine Gun manufactured by Hyperion.​ The Actualizer is obtained from trading with the Seraph Vendor in Oasis or as a rare drop from Hyperius the Invincible and Master Gee the Invincible.

Special Weapon Effects

We need to talk about your DPS report. – 200% bonus accuracy. Increased damage. Increased reload speed. While zoomed in and firing, the guns fire rate gets a reduction.

Usage & Description

Like most Seraph weapons the Actualizer suffers from horrible accuracy. The 200% bonus accuracy is somewhat misleading, as this actually makes it much less accurate than normal Hyperion submachine guns. It also suffers reduced capacity compared to equal level purple tier SMGs, its only advantage being increased damage.

Notes

• In a recent hotfix, several Seraph weapons have been buffed. The Actualizer recieved roughly a 50% clip size increase and reload time increase, along with a roughly 1/3 increase in power.
