Special Weapon Effects Edit

Usage & Description Edit

The Cyclops is an exceptional Sniper Rifle, even without its special effect. The sight on the Cyclops bestows a massive 5.2 zoom, the highest magnification spec on Pandora. The zoom and doubled bullet velocity work well together, making the Cyclops capable of ranges far beyond most other sniper rifles, even competing with the Jakobs Bessie for dominance over the hyper-long range domain. Despite being exceptionally accurate compared to most sniper rifles in the game, in hyper-long range scenarios there will still be a small spread, possibly causing the Cyclops to miss its intended target. It should also be noted that the Cyclops' massive zoom makes it useless for anything but long-range combat. When viewing an open vista, it can easily zoom past the game's render distance, so far away that enemies don't spawn.
