Effect Increases the number of shots fired your Scorpio Turret fires in each burst.

Barrage is a Tier 2 skill for Roland. Each point in this skill add one additional shot to the Scorpio Turret every time it burst fires, similar to the way Combat Rifles burst fire.

Notes Edit

  • Just like burst firing combat rifles, additional turret shots may not all hit due to movement of the target. To maximize effectiveness of this skill, place turret as close to target as possible.
  • It has been said this skill effectively increases the damage of your turret by 20% per point; this is untrue, because the interval between each shot in a burst does not change, thus each burst will take longer to perform, which means there will be longer but less bursts over time.
  • As more skill points are added the relative change in burst size becomes less and thus the damage increase from each extra point becomes less. Above 5 points we see that the timing of where in the final burst the turret dissapears becomes the deciding factor for the max possible damage done while deployed.
  • The time the turret takes to adjust its aim reduces its damage, which is why longer bursts may result in higher damage when the turret is presented with multiple targets from which to choose.
