ohhh ok, this is a Monaco feature (which is not a standard MediaWiki feature) -- yeah, this'll have to move back to the MediaWiki namespace to function for the Monaco sidebar... The more "universal" wiki standard I'm used to is to individually tag the articles themselves with a banner that categorizes those articles as "Needs help" (similar to how we tag stubs).

TL;DR edition: Monaco Sidebar needs it in MediaWiki, but I personally don't like this solution.    talk  contribs  13:46, February 23, 2010 (UTC)
