Divert Power is a tier 4 skill in Wilhelm's Cyber Commando skill tree.
When your Shields are depleted and your Health is low, taking Damage grants you massively increased Shield Regeneration and Damage Resistance for a few seconds. This ability has a cooldown.
Effect
- Health Treshold: 30% or less
- Cooldown: 25 seconds
- Duration: 3 seconds
- Damage Resistance: +50% (initial), non-linear per rank
- Recharges % of Your Max Shields: 20% per rank
