Ernest Whitting is a solitary resident of the Dahl Headlands who lives in what looks like a gas station near a Catch-A-Ride in the north of the area. Surrounding his home are the skeletal remains of various creatures seen around Pandora. He initially claims that he dug the skeletons up when the mission Big Game Hunter is accepted, and later states that he will have Skagzilla stuffed and mounted in his den.

Background

There is no history known on Ernest, since he rarely talks, although he may speak randomly about Jesse being eaten by Rakks. Judging from the mission text he provides, he is a friend of Lucky Zaford, and offers a mission to rescue the man in Getting Lucky.
