Usage & Description[]
The Too Scoops behaves similarly to a grenade launcher, firing large, gravity-affected projectiles that inflict heavy AoE damage. However, rather than exploding on impact, its projectiles continue for a set period of time before exploding, damaging enemies they come across. As such, it is best used to freeze groups of enemies, as its actual elemental effect chance is much higher than what is listed on its card.
