Dr. Torres is an NPC character from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
Background
Dr. Torres came up with a lot of advancements in marine biology such as pressure resistance and that technology sells like hotcakes on the aquamarine planets. With his fellow scientists, Dr. Torres is part of the team tasked with lowering the Helios defenses.
Involvement
Dr. Torres is one of the scientists who got stuck together with Gladstone Katoa in the Research and Development when Zarpedon's forces attacked. He is trapped inside his office in the Aquatic Observation Area. He lost his teddy bear during the lockdown and is freaking out without it.
