What does it mean? is an achievement in Borderlands 2, in the Highlands region.
Strategy[]
Find the campsite and double rainbow hidden in the Highlands. The tent is visible from the region's only Cult of the Vault symbol, looking southwest and downward. It can be reached by going to a rocky ledge to the southwest outside the building where the two badass loaders emerge and jumping down. Once inside the tent, look towards the sky around Sanctuary to see the rainbow.
This challenge can be repeated in subsequent sessions, although without the reward.

- This achievement is a reference to the viral Double Rainbow video on YouTube.
- The associated voicing is done by different NPC characters each time and may be linked to the player's character:
- For Zer0 and Salvador, Claptrap is heard.
- For Axton and Maya, Handsome Jack is heard.
