This gun has been found by only one confirmed person, and its way of being gotten hasn't been confirmed at all. On the gearbox forums, we've literally had an 18 page debate:

Apparently empties entire clip in 17 seconds with one pull of the trigger.
could you post the link to that discussion? i look at this and say MODDED all the way. i want to see their argument. or maybe gearbox thru in just one insanely insane gun that is legit into their game with a .000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% chance of getting it but only after completing the game or something. if i made a game i'd do that. I think it has to be believed. This is no way to play the new DLC with your cache cleared and without clearing your cache it is impossible to mod (at the moment). Xander Chaos is already looking for a work around. - GeneraI Knoxx
I've found the gun myself on three different occasions, Motor Head drops it, and I timed my Chopper w/ a RoF of 18 with class mods and skills that add on to the magazine, I fit all 1120 rounds in the clip and takes 12 give or take 1 second difference.
