In the General Knox dlc i made it into lockdown palace but then stoppped playing once i went inside. When i got bac on it started me out at T-Bone junction, but i cant get the car that allows me to ramp into the prison instead i get the crimson lance car. So how do i get back into lockdown palace?

let's start with the basics. is your computer plugged in? is the catch-a-ride station defaulting on the lance tanker? can you tab over to the runner?
