That sniper...it's modded, bro. also, there's a whole forum dedicated to trading for all 3 major platforms, easily visible from a page you would have had to visit to make these two, so....yeah, I'm afraid you suck. all that being said, I actually have 2 Siren Specter COMs with sniper ammo regen on one of my main characters. I won't trade them for that Bessie, but fear not! I'm way too nice of a person for my own good and will happily duplicate pretty much anything I have if someone asks nicely. my GT's S0mth1ng0dd, shoot me a message and I'll dupe whatever you need(among other things one of a few legit bessies if you want to replace that modded one).
