Question about PC version

Can PC players traffic gear between characters as in the console version? For instance, on the 360, I use my friend's character as a means to transfer gear for my soldier that I've found on my siren via splitscreen. Thanks and have a nice day. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.57.62.91 (talk • contribs)

Can you elaborate on that nagy? I am the best robot 10:38, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
- PC players don't have split screen, but they can launch multiple instances of borderlands. In your case, you'd just launch two borderlands, ahve your soldier start a game on the first instance, and have your siren join the game on the second instance. Trade the weapons, and you are done. No need for friends, no need for internet. Happypal 11:14, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
You saying that in my case, I don't have any friends? LOL! I heard that takes loading 2 games, although I never tried it I am the best robot 11:21, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
- No, I'm saying you don't have to "bother your friends/wait for your friends to be available/trust your friends to give you your stuff back". All you are doing is moving stuff from one of your characters to another. Why should your friends be involved? Happypal 11:35, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
I was just playing on your words cause I thought it was funny. I do appreciate the fact that you think I might have friends :p I am the best robot 11:45, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
