Stock guns are weapons created by modders (like myself) that kill anything in 1 hit, also happens with shields (invincibility). The weapons are useful when you feel like just destroying anything with a pulse (like crawmerax's throbbing face or his annoying little friends). If you get yer hands on them be sure to NOT overuse them or use them atol if other people dont want you too. Otherwise BL will just become a warzone of Mod vs. Anti Mod again. P.S reframe from picking up the "white" rarity stock guns (semi auto sniper rifle etc) becuase these FREEZE your xbox when you try and cycle to the "brands" section.

Im on xbox 360, the colours that wont freeze your game (as i know and tested so far) are orange and green. The Rose omega and artifact shields also dont freeze the game.
I have the rose omega, but artifact shields? and could you dupe me some stock guns or does that not work with them?

this is just my experience, but i have some white rarity stocks and they have never lagged out my game. im not a modder, i got them off my friends but i just want to make sure
I have a Shredder Shredder SMG with the Typhoon acc, if I hold down the trigger and fire more than 30 shots in one burst it freezes your xbox. Looks freaking wicked when you fire it.General Noobus 03:55, May 26, 2010 (UTC)
I have heard and seen these guns before but I cant seem to get my hands on one them, mostly because Im being hated on for using modded weapons so can someone dupe me one. I would greatly appreciate it. My gamertag is DLX Kryptonite so add me if you have the time.
