I just installed the DLC Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, it runs great and is allot of fun, but when I went to Hallow's end to go meet Ned, I encountered a fatal problem.
When I shoot at the big zombies holding barrels the game crashes. I've found no way to fix this. AishaLove 18:55, December 19, 2009 (UTC)
Is this on PC / 360 or PS3? And if you haven't already, try uninstalling then re - installing the DLC. MK001 03:50, December 20, 2009 (UTC)
I'm sorry, this is on PC I tried installing from scratch with no luck I'm thinking this is an issue with the game and not my installation. I've also tried in vein to find updated drivers for my laptop's GFX card an Nvidia Gforce 8200m G (I highly suspect that the driver's on my laptop manufacturer's website are out of date and Nvidia's site has none for this card.) Thanks for the info, Anyway after an exhaustive search for drivers and a call to 2k games tech support line I got my latest drivers, and for a while it fixed the issue (seemingly) but now it is happening again. It let me play all through killing pumpkin head and meeting Dr. Ned but when I went to General hospital it started crashing when killing the suicide zombies again, Giving me the same errors.
I'll note I was using a rocket launcher this time, and not a bullet based weapon. AishaLove 18:26, December 21, 2009 (UTC)
I tried using a combat rifle to kill a suicide zombie just in case it was my rocket launcher that was causing the error this time, but my game still crashed. AishaLove 20:00, December 21, 2009 (UTC)
