Hollow Point is an subterranean city inside a cave somewhere in The Rust Commons East. It's the homeplace of Fiona and Sasha who have lived here with Felix, an old con artist, since they were little children.

Hollow Point location
- Hollow Point is mentioned as located in Rust Commons East. However, the map, which player see during choosing between Old Haven and Hollow Point indicates coordinates of Salt Flats for the last one. After comparison of the map from Rhys' Echo Eye and Borderlands world map, Hollow Point seems to be placed somewhere nearby the entrance to The Descent.
