This optional mission is available from the Bounty Board in Jack's Office. Dean can be found inside a locked closet in the World of Shopping area in the northern part of the Hyperion Hub of Heroism. A switch on the wall to the left of the door will open the closet.
Talking to Dean will launch him on an endless rant. Jack directs you to cool Dean down, which can be done by freezing him (mission weapon provided). Dean will permanently freeze into a block of ice and the mission can then be turned in back at the bounty board.
Completion
- "Good thing you were able to nip that in the bud."
