The Maliwan Hellfire is a SMG with a special weapon effect, which allows a phenomenal fire effect with no decrease in bullet damage.
Most believe the Hellfire is one of the most powerful weapons in the game due to the extremely high incendiary damage dealt.

[edit] Weapon Effects
- We Don't Need No Water... - This prefix indicates that the Maliwan Hellfire accessory is used, allowing the gun to always set the enemy ablaze, and also adds a chance to cause a mini explosion, setting enemies nearby on fire as well.
- High to Very high Elemental Effect chance
- This gun can appear with or without a scope
- The damage will vary by level and other effects will vary determined by the parts and quality tier.

The red sentance "We don't need no water..." is likely to be based off the song "The roof is on fire".
