Very useful both for those using rocket launchers or any other weapons too. The replenishing rocket ammo is useful, but the increased fire rate for all weapons is even more helpful. Combining this maxed out skill with a 6** series Bombardier COM with +52% Launcher Fire Rate will give a total bonus of 112% increased fire rate on launchers, more than doubling the rate of fire. Combined with Wide Load, this essentially changes most rocket launchers into automatic rocket launchers. Using a Spread launcher, a Berserker can completely empty all the rockets in his SDU in under 15 seconds, if necessary. The ability for Master Blaster to regenerate rockets even when using a different weapon then becomes important.
If using a weapon that has a firing rate of at least 12.0 this skill turns those weapons into virtual rapid-fire streams of death (particularly evident with guns like the Atlas Ogre or Vladof Revolution, which have components that provide the weapon with a high natural rate of fire). Explosive machine guns like the Atlas Ajax' Spear-Ogre variant (guaranteed explosive proc) are commonly paired with a 660 Blast Master COM (with bonus to explosive damage and +4 to Master Blaster) to generate extremely high damage output.
