Strategy
The mission is obtained by interacting with a bottle that located in a palm tree overhanging a cliff when just entering Wurmwater from Oasis.
The entrance to the mission location may be confusing as the object appears in a shaded area of the map that seems surrounded by void map space. It is actually located in a canyon whose entrance is located due east of the objective. The entrance can be found by navigating around the bluff (see image) to a pirate encampment named Hegeland Camp.

Added by Matthew EdmundHedgeland Camp is sparsely populated by pirates. After traversing through the camp, Vault Hunters will find an open area with a sign warning of worms. The sand worms do not spawn immediately. In True Vault Hunter Mode, these worms are formidable. When the worms die they release a very deadly poison pool that does corrosive damage.
The objective's location is not immediately apparent as it is a black "X" painted on the ground. If visited during the night, adventurers may overlook the "X" altogether. It is best to interact with the objective after clearing the sand worms.
The "X" is located in the southwestern part of the worm area, and interacting with it completes the mission.
