BackgroundEdit

Rade runs the Circle of Death at Groaning Hollow in The Arid Badlands. He claims to be an ex-arena champion.

Although initially hostile, he warms up considerably as the arena matches progress to their conclusion. He often refers to a crowd, despite the fact that the stands are empty.

Chuck Durden claims that Rade is his brother in the Circle Of Slaughter missions.

InvolvementEdit

Rade's involvement with the arena does not extend past the act of giving you missions and providing a place to turn in when these missions are done. He does not have a special introduction (like Dr. Zed, T.K. Baha, Nine Toes, etc.), and his character does nothing more than comment when you pass each round. The arena is a side mission, so the overall importance of Rade in terms of his involvement to the game as a whole is very minimal.
