Killing an enemy increases Mordecai's fire rate and gives every bullet fired a 25% chance to be a Killer Shot and deal additional damage. This effect lasts a few seconds. Starts off with a +8% Fire Rate and a +20% Killer Shot damage

Additional levels can be acquired through the use of Class Mods.

Notes

• The damage bonus from Relentless will average over multiple shots to +5% per rank taken in the talent. The added damage is calculated from the base damage of the weapon used and added to the total damage after all other modifiers.
• The Killer Shot chance works with every bullet fired, for any weapon, so automatic weapons with high fire rate do extreme amounts of damage with Relentless active. This is ironic, as the Gunslinger skill tree favors slow-firing revolvers, although some repeater pistols can have a high fire rate.
