Seymouris an NPC character from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. He is an ex-boyfriend of Sir Hammerlock and runs a little shop out of a rocket located in the south-most part of the Outlands Canyon.
Involvement
Seymour helps Sir Hammerlock smuggle two young Thresher off Elpis and down to Pandora.
