Shotgun is the title given by default to Shotguns (either Pump Action Combat or Fully Automatic Assault), who don't qualify for any other title.

The "Shotgun" title on an Assault Shotguns is usually a sign of bad quality, as a good Assault Shotgun will have a title such as Death or Brute.

The "Shotgun" title on a Combat Shotgun, on the other hand, usually just means the weapon is accurate, as Combat Shotguns lack titles for such weapons (for example, "Hunter's Shotgun").
