Usage & Description

Sloth is an above-average weapon when compared with sniper rifles of the same level, but the slow projectile speed make it difficult to use against moving targets (especially flying ones) without leading the target. Even with this downside, in terms of raw damage, the Sloth is one of the most powerful rifles in Borderlands 2, matching (and in some cases surpassing) the majority of Legendary sniper rifles. As the Sloth is obtained as a reward for a relatively easy quest that's available midway through the game, it is a good option for players having trouble finding a decent sniper.
