Stacking
i'm suprised that i'm the first person to comment on this skill, although i suppose its no often used, i was wondering if anyone had a full table to add the the wiki page, including how mods like hunter stack this skill, considering its only 100% for enemies your level. It would be maybe 95% for enemies a level higher than you, and increasing the skill to 6 might increase the percentage chance to 100 to enemies higher than you? If anyone has any information on this i think it wouldbe an interesting addition.
