I think the rat in the hat is a reference to the, cat in the hat of course and the 2007 Disney film ratatouille as the rat controls Remy and is hidden under the chef hat. Can someone verify that and put it in that would be grate. I don't know what to put in for links even after reading the triva policy if to put in clips or what but I just wanted to point that out and try to help the improve on the wiki.
