The Great Escape is a mission given by Ulysses in Sawtooth Cauldron.

The Hyperion supply beacon is located under The Buzzards Nest, in Smoking Guano Grotto. Head down the elevator and take a right, past the vending machine. Climb up the ladder, and on a shelf will be Frederick, Ulysses' pet fish. Continuing down the walkway towards Sawtooth Stilts, you will come to a hole in the floor with a ladder leading down. Jump down, then carefully down again. At the pile of debris should be the supply beacon. Head back to Ulysses and place the beacon, then talk to him to turn in the mission.
Alternatively, you can jump off the east end of The Buzzards Nest, then north down into Sawtooth Stilts, and turn around and enter Smoking Guano Grotto. The ladder to the supply beacon is just inside and to the left. After getting the supply beacon, head up and take the right most path near the entrance, fighting the bandits on the way. When you reach the last left turn near the wall, you can either climb the ladder or jump onto the nearby boxes to get to Frederick, then head towards the elevator. This route is the most time efficient.

Turn In: Ulysses
Following the completion of this mission, he stands out on the platform and shortly afterwards is killed by a falling Hyperion Supply Crate.
