The basic context of this build is to kill an enemy and set fire to the rest of them. This build should be preference among those who love to rush things and turn around to sadisticly laugh as everything around them screams out and burns to death.

How to play
This build is designed so that when you kill an enemy you gain various buffs that exterminate any other enemies in the nearby vicinity, although it is heavily reliant on killing 1 enemy to reach it's potential, it's also styled so it can be effective if there are no other enemies around, so pick up a nice SMG/Combat rifle, shoot to kill and then run around lighting the rest up with phoenix, it helps if you have a non-fire weapon on you for those pesky fire element enemies, also be aware of any explosive barrels in the vicinity, many firefly sirens have emptied their wallets due to stray barrels.
Weapon: Glorious Massacre if you're a combat rifle fan or a Maliwan Hellfire if SMG's are more to your liking, make sure you always have a rapid non-fire weapon for the odd Scorching Lunatic here and there, as for the other 2 slots, whatever takes your preference, whether it be snipers or shotguns and beyond.
Another piece of information is that with the second effect of Phoenix Burst weapons become very effective, although I'd only advise using these in the form of rockets/shotguns, you can easily win a duel with a burstfire incendiary rocket launcher by merely firing at the ground in front of the target when the duel starts, this also applies for arena, it is especially effective against Rogue Mordecai's as it will kill them before they can throw their bloodwing which will usually be a 1 shot kill
Shield: Something with high capacity, Diva works nicely with this and due to some suicidal tendencies you may find yourself bouncing in and out of Second Wind state, upon exiting you have full shield but reduced health, the higher the capacity, the more beneficial it becomes.
Grenade Mod: Longbows are always nice, deadly accurate and if you can't close the distance between you and the enemy they certainly come in handy.
Class Mod: Firefly, aim for one with Diva and Phoenix and a nice ignite damage %
Diva: Increases survivability and Firefly mods often complement this.
Quicksilver: Rather obvious, gets down those enemies faster.
Spark: Rather obvious, your arsenal should be filled with elemental weapons.
Radiance: Shock has been buffed, as such this is a very nice talent
Intuition: At level 61 the experience is useless however the movement speed increase raises your phoenix effectiveness by a landslide, it allows you to run around and light everything up while avoiding most gunfire.
Phoenix: The strongest weapon in your arsenal, allows you to just touch enemies and watch them burn to death.
Slayer: Rather obvious, gets down those enemies faster and is very handy when you can't light up with phoenix.
Enforcer: When running around spreading phoenix/spraying bullets this comes in handy.
Hit & Run: Rather obvious, + melee and + phasewalk duration.
High Velocity: Rather obvious, gets down those enemies faster and is very handy when you can't light up with phoenix.
Blackout: Rather obvious, more phase walks more often.
