This build is for mainly pistol users who prefer to snipe as well. The cooldown of predator is to get out of sticky situations with bloodwing, though it does less damage.

A chance to fire two bullets is useful when using any kind of pistol, especially any machine pistol.

Trespass and Relentless are mandatory for this, more fire rate first plus no more shields. Yay.

Magazine capacity is self-explanitory, killer is due to slow reload speeds with SOME pistols and snipers, and focus is to stop the annoying kickback on snipers.

3. Hair Trigger

4. Relentless

5. Predator

6. Focus

7. Killer

8. Loaded

9. Trespass.
