Why would you choose those skills?

First note what is NOT in the build, there is no reason to have any of the proc skills, none, even in a multiplayer match. Do not use radiance in the arena, people can tell where you are in while your phased and they get a direction towards you when you damage them with the skill. There are no points in Inner Glow, you only have a little life anyway, better to rely on your big shields. Second on to the skill choices. DIVA - get your sheilds as big as possible! Obvious choices High Velocity and Quicksilver. Hit and Run alows you that buffer when you come out behind a Brick. Hard to Get - you will want to have your phasewalk ready, make the CD as small as possible. Of course the most powerful siren pvp talents, the dazes. Make sure Mind Games and Dramatic Entrance are full up.

I am unsure if Resilience is the right choice for those 5 points, if you prefer to hit hard coming out of phase walk, they can easily be placed in Phase Strike.

Gear

High value shield. Double Anarchy SMG with high damage and high rate of fire. Mod: Mercenary (4 point quicksilver). make sure to equip the shock artifact, if you go into or come out of phase walk near anyone it will decimate their shield and stun them.

Strategy

I will break this down to help out vs. different characters. but overall, keep fire on the target. the more bullets that land, the more likely you are to daze them, and then its your fight.

Brick

Hunt him down and blast him. If you hear him hit Berserk, phase walk and get to the other side of the map. Watch out if he has Sting Like A Bee as he can actually chase you in phase walk if he can get you targeted. Once you have the distance, wait out his special and begin the hunt again. Mind games is the key here. If he finds you in his Berserk, make sure to tag him so he is slowed. If he is running rockets as well, things get more tricky as he is probably using a multi shot with heavy damage, catch a full blast and its over. If he is running rockets first, keep your phase walk handy and as you hear the first rocket launch hit it, run up behind him and punch or just drop out of phase walk, Dramatic Entrance will take care of the daze, then lay into him with the Double Anarchy

Hunter

Kill or be killed. Both classes are takes on the glass cannon style character. One huge note here, if you see the bird come out, phase walk up to him as any bloodwing speced hunter can one or two shot you with the bird. Once you close the distance drop out of phase walk next to him to get a daze from Dramatic Entrance then kill him with the SMG. If you can get the shots in before hand, try and daze him with Mind Games at range then phasewalk when the bird comes out.

Soldier

Soldiers got the short end of the stick when it comes to PvP. Mind you, if you stay infront of the cannon for any length of time, he can and will kill you. Two rifles ripping into you WILL kill you, especially when the soldier is running a shock artifact, which he should be. Get behind the cannon, phasewalk or otherwise, and let him have it with the SMG.

Siren

Mirror match. the reason I put all the points into Hit and Run is to try and outlast the other siren when they phasewalk. As soon as you see them phasewalk, give it a half second or so, then hit yours. Its a guessing game as to where they will come out, but they have the same game. If you didn't see them come out of phasewalk, begin the hunt again, if it lasts long enough to phasewalk again, so can your opponent (at least you have to assume) so wait for it again and blast away in the meantime.

I will update this as I face more opponents that will work out the pros and cons of the build and other characters
