overly modded enviroment really grind my gears

i want to say first that i don't mind mods i think they can improve and extend play of a game by modding it correctly. i in fact remember modding red alert games to create new sides, super weapons, weapons and units. if we thought what we made was over powered we would scale it back to try and make it more balance, because the worst thing you can have is a unbalanced game.

i personally bought this game for xbox 360, to avoid overly modded players but alas they figure ways mod the consoles now, if you mod for personal play among friends, to find an item you really want (put don't make it unbalanced), to improve creature strength, colors or anything that will improve the fun of the game for you and your friends im all for it. but if you mod to kill players in multiplayer as to show your dominants in the game or to get players to be on your characters DICK because you have crazy weapons, class mods or shields. how fun is a game if you are running around at a level of 99 or 99999 when the cap level of the game is 50, then tell people you cant beat me "cause im vicious" really really your vicious ? your not a tiger at best your a vicious kola bear (yes i stole that from kat williams). you can show me how vicious you really are by beating ppl at the same level as you with weapons you found not a weapon you created that is a revolver that fires faster then a SMG, never has to reload or runs out of bullets, it also tells one other thing about yourself, you over compensating for something you got dangling and not swinging like you would like. this is my rant
