Usage & Description

The Violator handles more like a cross between an Anarchy and a Combat Rifle. Every pull of the trigger will fire a burst of 3 shots, each shot themselves firing 3 bullets. The result is a total of 9 projectiles fired at the cost of 3 bullets. Its lower accuracy lends it to be used at mid-close range, similar to a shotgun. Due to the number of projectiles produced by each pull of the trigger, elemental Violators can be interesting weapons in combat. Note that holding down the fire key will not continually fire the weapon like other Repeaters, the player must press fire for each burst, limiting the actual fire rate by how fast the player could press the button/key/mouse.

Notes

• When this gun spawns with the Double accessory, the gun will then fire three bursts of four rounds each. A Double Violator produces twelve projectiles per trigger pull, and comes with a larger magazine.

Trivia

• The red text is a reference to the title character in Robocop, who recites the flavor text and also uses a 3-round burst pistol.

Mechanics
